Installed parental controls it will not install blacklists. used

both give a unkown and do not work. How do i add blacklists to my parental controls? What I want to add will take too long by hand. seem I need something that is called blacklits installed with nanny it used to be found at System -> Administration -> Blacklists I can not find this.
