They seem to have recently changed their contact system; when I emailed them on April 10th, I got an auto-response that said,
Thank you for contacting System76. We no longer communicate by email. We have built a brand new messaging system to bring you faster, more personalized service.

When I sent them text messages using the new system, they responded promptly. I was asking them about their new laptop lineup, actually, and they said they expected to have them ready by "late April to early May." We're a bit past that, so I think they've been delayed slightly, but we should be seeing them soon.
Also, I follow them on Google+, and they post messages there fairly regularly, as recently as 2 days ago: https://plus.google.com/u/0/104919222657565747428/posts
