Win7: What's the equivalent to Ubuntu's "Typing Break" applet?

    Hello,
I find Ubuntu's "Typing Break" applet helpful. The applet locks the screen after a user-defined amount of time.

What would be the Windows 7 equivalent?

Try Workrave. It's a pretty cool free app. Used it years ago when I was using Windows [XP].

Thanks, Pinoy Tux. The WorkRave site said that they have a page comparing their feautures with those of Linux apps, but I don't see the page anywhere.

I can't find the comparison page either, but there's a screenshot page. You might want to look at it and get an idea what it offers. It is also available in the repository BTW if you want to try it out under Linux.
