How do I change the bar color from Orange to Blue?

I mean the bar where it says copying or loading. Also the selected items or Orange. Is there a way I can change this? In the old system, there used to be an option for it in the menu. I can't find it now.

    I'm using 12.04.

That's the Gtk3 theme. There's quite a few to choose from here: http://gnome-shell.deviantart.com/gallery/29380653

Obviously, go for one with blue progressbars.

It would be helpful if you mention whether you're using Unity, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu, whatever, and the theme. Assuming you're on Unity, this advice by mc4man may be relevant: How to change some colors in Ambiance theme ?

A more tedious route is to edit css or gtkrc or .ini files by hand.
