userisomount.sh script

I'm following this tutorial which says to download the userisomount.sh script but the link is dead, and it seems like every other tutorial points to the same page. Is there somewhere else that I can download this script?

The tutorial also says:

Download the Nautilus Actions Schemas for MOUNTING and UNMOUNTING disk images.

Those links are dead as well. Help?

There is also a deb file here:

But it seems there's something wrong with this package.

Perhaps these 2 sources might help follow the instructions mentioned.
