    Adobe Flash on Ubuntu?

Okay guys, I'm running a live Ubuntu CD on my desktop(Windows isn't working) and was wondering how to get Flash working on there. Keep in mind that know very little about Ubuntu, so be patient with me. It will play YouTube videos fine, but when I try to play Amazon Instant videos(with my Prime membership) it says that I need Adobe Flash to play this video. It will also say this at some other times. When I go to try and download Flash, it has 3 options for Linux(I don't remember what they are exactly, but one is for Linux, and the other 2 are for "Other Linux" or something. I tried the Linux one, and it downloaded and extracted, but I have no idea how to install it. Is there some kind of setup file like on Windows? Or what? So how can I get this to work? Thanks!

Just have to Install "ubuntu restricted extras", and your problem will be solved.
Not sure if it will work from the CD, but once you have Ubuntu installed, then do it.

Once you install Ubuntu restricted extras, you'll be good to go.

Install it from the software center* (or from terminal)

If you install from terminal, just type
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
