Hide unauthorized folder using Samba on Ubuntu 12.04 desktop
Hello all. I have ubuntu 12.04 on my computer. I installed samba and learn how to configure it. Now I'm able to share some folder with other computer on the same network using samba.
I tried to browse some shared folder using Windows and I found that all folders are visible, although I don't have permission to un-authorized folder. How to hide the un-authorized folder if I don't have access to it?
I've read some related post about this question and they said that I must include hide unreadable = yes into my smb.conf file. I've tried to do it but it seems do not work for me? I still can see the un-authorized folder when I access the server.
Anyone can help me? Sorry for my bad English. Thank You
