flash player 11.2.202 has color problem on Gnome3, Firefox & Chromium

hello,

i noticed that when playing youtube videos - they have some sort of color problems.

but on the same system i can see the movie correctly by using VLC player, by pasting the URL.

is anyone else having a similar problem?
or how can i correct this?

nicolas this is what happens when we are all stuck with software designed by corporations and that they decide not to give a monkeys about Linux anymore




Most machines have now cured this by doing this simple trick:

start a YT video/go full screen /right click/choose settings/untick hardware acceleration/restart video

You will have to do this on each browser you use and also everytime they do an upgrade of sorts

I've had this problem before, I read it was something to do with Nvidia graphics drivers and the Latest flash player. To fix it, you just right click on the youtube video, click settings, and on the first tab, unclick "enable hardware acceleration". Then just restart the browser and the blue tint will be gone.

With AMD/ATI GPU, no Flash problem at all.
