Gladly games are becoming native on linux, it was about time for a 20 years old OS used by all major third-world coutries like mine.

As a newer Ubuntu user and gaming fanatic, I enjoy that this progress is being made. I look forward to testing some of this as well as steam.

Someone know which titles from EA will be available soon? Or EA abandoned this topic? Publishing a few simple html5 games it's not enough..

I wouldn't expect any more from EA; the only big thing on the horizon is the Linux Steam client.

    Take a look here: http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?pag...tem&px=MTE0NDI

It's nothing definitive, just a guy who's interested following a few leads and asking sources, but it's not encouraging.

I am glad if big game companies starting porting games to Linux... I can start become independent of the Windows OS and Linux would also increase its userbase.

Have you realised this thread is one year old and the only thing they did was offering two BROWSERgames?

EA doesn't have a good rep in the Windows gaming world, either.
