error msgs after upgrading to ubuntu 12.04

Hi,
I have upgraded ubuntu 11.1 to ubuntu 12.04. Earlier Wobbly window was not functioning properly but after upgrading the this has been resolved.
But now after upgrading error msgs are being displayed. To my notice the internal fan is not functioning properly, which was working properly in the earlier version.

Team help me in solving this. I am using Dell Laptop with Intel Pentium Dual Core.

I had reinstalled ubuntu 12.04 using wubi.
But the same error is being displayed as mentioned above.
