Customizing options log-in 12.04

I would like to customize my log-in manager for 12.04 in the following ways but can't find any information concerning the following:

When I have a visitor, I give them an account on my Ubuntu Box which will only handle Ubuntu 2D. I tell them "click away". So far this has worked. I would like to eliminate all other options at log-in for them. I would, however, like to keep all the menu options on my personal log-in. No luck in googling but I may not be using the correct terms.
