You let a completely newbie user in front of your computer, then he/she let a random so-called "customer support" dude enter. Let's see AppArmor protect you with THAT!
If you're not smart (e.g. visit dodgy sites, download everything that looks cool on the Internet, trust anyone) then no amount of security tools can help you.
