Nope, but you get the same effect by using the default ubuntu theme + his emerald theme. Pretty much. If you want the side panel black you can edit Ambiance config file. But I'm not using side panels, can better like the simple approach in the file manager.

Edit:
I installed intltool
and I got this:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables EMERALD_CFLAGS
and EMERALD_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
