Hi!

Can anyone make any recommendations for a (cheaper) VoIP phone and app to go with it? Nothing too fancy needed; even a basic USB wired VoIP phone would be okay.

I'd rather not use Skype because of the MS connection thereof

I'm in Canada and I use Xubuntu on my PC and Lubuntu on my laptop. I just want something workable, even if it's a bit plain. A few bells and whistles won't hurt; but workable is what I'm interested in. Thanks!
