    Re: vz access manager

The only info I could find for this was for SUSE, not for Ubuntu.

Also, if you're using a Verizon 4G LTE LG USB modem (as I am), there are no drivers for it in Linux. So, even if you do get VZ Access Manager working, you won't be able to use the modem to connect.

Do you have the package on your computer, and if so, where which folder is it in?

    Meaning what???

I did a LOT of work trying to get my LG 4G LTE modem to work in Ubuntu and finally had to give up due to lack of drivers.

And don't just say plug it in -- because I did and Ubuntu does not see it.

So, if you have information as to where I can get the drivers -- how about sharing that, instead of just saying it's "totally incorrect"!

4G works. Just haven't been able to configure the modem to connect yet.

    Re: vz access manager

My Verizon 4G modem is indeed "seen" by Ubuntu when I plug it in but, like others, I can't find a way to get VZAccess manager to run nor can I find any "work around" to connect to the Verizon system. So, I may be dropping my Verizon service since I can only use it in Windows and am limited to 10GB band width anyway...
