GTK3 for other apps in precise

    Heyla,

Something broke GTK3 for apps like LibreOffice, Gimp and Chrome after the update to Precise. The menu's there look crappy. Any idea how to fix that (again). tHNx

I recall having that issue when I first started using the 12.04 beta. I think it's a problem with Qt rendering certain of the default Ubuntu fonts as described in this bug report. I have the MS fonts installed and now use Arial 12 for my KDE default. Looks decent.

I was having those integration problems during the beta, but since the release, GTK apps have been integrated quite well. The best I'm ever seen them in KDE.

Maybe be the problem was caused during the update. You should try a fresh install. That should iron out those issues.
