    Unhappy Lenovo Thinkpad LiveUSB

I have 2 LiveUSBs that I have used with multiple computers (Dell laptops and Desktops, homemade Desktops etc).
However, neither will boot into the Lenovo Thinkpads I have.

I have upgraded the BIOS in this Thinkpad T60 to the latest version (2.27) and set the USB to be the highest in the boot order.

    I have Linux Mint 11 on a 15GB USB and SuperGrub 1.98 on a 1GB USB.
I used unetbootin 494 to put them on the USB from Windows.

They are both recognised in the BIOS but neither boot.
One gets skipped and Windows loads.
The other goes to a black screen with a cursor.

Has anyone seen this with Thinkpads before?

What modle is the ThinkPad? Have you tried all of the other USB ports? Maybe you have a USB 2.0 thumb drive in a USB 1.0 slot.

I'm not sure why one of them is not being recognised, however, the other worked after I reformatted and put the Live USB back on again.
I have a feeling that at some point I had that one formatted as NTFS to store a 6GB file, which might have been the cause of my woes.
