    Question Prioritization/Override of Sound Sources?

I'd like to be able to prioritize sound sources- that is to have one application or source "boot" other sources off the server when they need service. Specifically so that music and other sounds will be automatically turned off when I receive a SIP or Skype phone call. I'd like it to work like a bluetooth radio in your car....

I've read through the pulseaudio documentation and done some searching but haven't seen anything on this. Is this doable?
