After the C64, I didn't come into more modern computers until right before Win95 was released. So I had a few games that were hybrids that came with DOS and Windows versions on the same disks. A couple I had that I really liked that I played in DOS were D, and Kings Quest VI. Kings Quest VI just isn't the same in DOSbox without the voice acting.
Does anyone remember D? It was a great game.

I wanna try that game although I cant find it.. Is it the "D!zone"?

thanks
Don't think I played any dos games as I had a Amiga and resisted moving to a PC for as long as possible. Only got into PCs midway through Windows 95 and then onto Windows 98 and I do not recall running any games in dos.
Doom, Doom2.

No, it's not the D!zone. Here's the Wikipedia article on D.
That's not the same as H.E.R.O., is it? If so, you can still get that one for Commodore and Atari emulators. I don't think that's what you're talking about, but I used to love that game.
