now i tried installing from software center it had this

It doesn't show that it has finished above, but on the terminal put it back to input mode

The site still says this:

man... this is aggravating... Oh and on the sites like imageshack.us, it won't let me click the browse button, and it disappears as well, so I can't use it at all. I don't know if it is due to the same problem, but I thought I'd throw it out there if it is.
