What happens to tutorials that aren't approved?

I submitted a tut over a week ago, and it hasn't appeared in Tutorials and Tips yet (or I can't find it), so maybe it hasn't been approved / won't get on the sub forum.

I didn't keep a copy of it, so is it possible to get it pm'd to me?
