'Startup disk creator' suspends

hi.
[ubuntu 11.10] while using 'startup disc creator' (link1; ubuntu-11.10-desktop-amd64.iso -> usb flash drive) file installation suspends each time (link2).
does anyone meet this problem? how to fix it?

My suggestion is to download a fresh creator, a fresh ISO and rebuild your USB or start disk.

Things worked for me the first time. Building ether USB distro or DVD distro.

- ISO fresh (this morning);
- startup disk creator - message from terminal:

usb-creator-common is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

... and it was just reboot what helped probably,
... but...
weird looking suspension at 100% ( http://www.pasteall.org/pic/show.php?id=29945 ) without
'FINISHED! everything is OK! double checked!' message
makes me only 99% happy and confident about that.

fingers crossed - i'll try to run what it gave.

additional question:
will amd64.iso work also with AMD FX Bulldozer?
