    USB Floppy Help

I've searched the forums for an answer to this problem.
I have a USB Floppy DD I need to transfer files to and from (midi files for a keyboard which has it's own FDD)
I have tried to mount the FDD but get this error message

    john@john-desktop:~$ udisks --mount /dev/sdf
Mount failed: Error mounting: mount: you must specify the filesystem type

The threads I found about mounting the FDD all gave the udisks tip, but I had to find where exactly my FDD was using the disk utility.
Anyone out there can help me resolve this puzzle?

PS please be patient with me, I don't actually use the terminal that much.

    Cheers JB

    Re: USB Floppy Help

Thanks for the reply Phantom T. I've already seen this whilst searching, but still it's asking for me to specify the filesystem type, so I'm non the wiser.
