When I click on input devices to configure my XBox 360 USB Controller all I get is a small pop up that does not close down no matter what I do. Has anyone been able to configure gfceu to work with Xbox 360 controllers?

I can't get my Xbox 360 Controller to work with this emulator. When I press the input config option all I get is a line that is impossible to close. Anyone else try with Xbox 360 controller.
FYI Xbox 360 controllers are USB and work perfecly on Windows XP just like any other cheap Logitec controller. So I think Xbox 360 controller should work as well.
Please post the Model and brand of controller you are using with this emulator and please let me know if the input device option to configure controllers work for you guys.

i am having problems getting gfceu to recognixe the directional buttons on my gravis gamepad pro (usb). The a, b, x, y buttons work fine, its jsut the directionals. jscalibrator recognizes them, just not fceu, it just ignores them durring the button set up thing. any suggestions?
i fixed it for those of us who experience the same problem. just needed the program joystick, and then a calibration.
Code:sudo apt-get install joystickthen map the gamepad buttons in gfceu/fceuCode:jscal
