I'm late to the party, but noted and voted.

The request for GOG to add Linux clients of games that already have them to its repetoire has now surpassed 14 000 votes. The request is also closing in on the request above it and will likely soon surpass it to take spot five. Get to voting, people, and show that Linux users want GOG to support Linux!

The request for GOG to add Linux versions of games that already have them to its repetoire is now back in 5th place! Good job! 4th place isn't far off now!

Re: Vote for GOG to add Linux versions of games they sell

"Add Linux versions of games" is now #4 in the Requested Site Features category, having recently surpassed the "Increasing number of games compatible with Win7" request. There are plenty of other Linux related requests as well.

Instead of infuriating the community by introducing regional pricing, why not actually give the community what it wants; what it has voted for? Surely a smart business pleases its customers, no? As has been said, if GOG is willing to drop one of its founding principles, then all Linux related excuses are void. They were poor to begin with anyway.

A GOG employee dropped a very subtle hint about Linux support. More hope, more tears? Oh, well, keep voting!

They could include the ports made by Loki Games, before they went under.

So GOG finally supports Linux. It was a long, hard battle, but GOG has finally lost the will to resist and is now willing to make money.
