In the Cafe, there was a thread that was closed called Domain Registry of America. It was locked with the reason that it doesn't belong here.
In my opinion, this thread was useful information about a scam involving technology. We have had other similar threads in the past and they weren't a problem. It can't be bad for people to be warned about scams, and it seems like it would especially fit here if it involves technology.
