You need at least Wine 1.5.25.
I haven't tried it myself yet but I hope to soon.

If anyone else succeeds, please report back, the rest of the reports I've read online are old and probably wrong now.

I'm trying it with the latest ppa (which I believe is 1.6rc3) and getting the same issues as always (fails when trying to authenticate to Hi Rez). I'm very new to using WINE so I don't hold out much hope of fixing it myself. Pity, because if I could get this game working in WINE I would probably never have to log in to Windows again.

Yes, I have tried with wine 1.5.5 and also cannot connect.
