What are the physical qualities for being astronaut ?

1. Astronauts must have a super condition and also predestined body. Which are they? (heartbeat, co2/breath values, muscle/fat ratio,...)

2. Is a programmer and end-user of Linux suited for being astronaut? Likely they do too musch standing and sitting?

Basically, the only fundamental physical requirements are perfect eyesight and huge muscle mass - because both are likely to get ruined after a few months in microgravity.

Also, astronauts/spationautes/cosmonauts/taikonauts are primarily selected from military aviators and scientists. If you're neither, it's likely the only way you'll ever go to space is as a tourist.

I know two astronauts. Both were mission specialists - picked as a specialist for a specific task of a specific mission. In both cases, they were scientists selected to run experiments. The physical requirements for a mission specialist are not too extreme. You must be under a certain weight, have a certain cardiovascular health, and make it through some tests, but you don't need to have superhuman strength or eyesight (but correctable to 20/20).

To be a pilot or commander, on the other hand, requires a lot more, including tons of flight training.
