No.
You need to install it as an addon from within Firefox.

Hello, I switched to 10.04, I like the LTS, then I don't have to change so often, since I know basically nothing about comps.

So how do I now go about, installing xmarks?

After installing 10.04 the above worked like a charm and in seconds I had it installed and synchronised.
