    FYI, I'm using Xubuntu 12.10 on my Lenovo Z575.

    My problem was not that wireless did not worked. It worked ok but the speed was 10x lower compared to Windows or to when I was using a wired connection.

    This fix doesn't work after updating to the latest kernel 3.2.0-52.
    Any ideas?
