Kodak esp 3200 scanner does not work.

I have a Kodak esp 3200 scanner/printer and the printer half works, it just wont scan.
Any help is appreciated.

Kodak have no support for Linux. You can get some Kodak printers to work using the compiled CUPS driver mentioned above, but as far as I know no-one has yet managed to enable scanner support on Kodak devices. My advice is to move to HP, which will print/fax/scan out of the box with Linux.

SANE backend for scanning is here

But installing is a fairly long process, and it does not seem to be working perfectly with USB connection yet. the WiFi connection works OK if you have that on your printer model.
