Kubuntu: Amarok not playing music correctly.

As of the latest Kubuntu Precise build, I've noticed Amarok is not playing music correctly. I select a music file to play, and then the next one on the play list doesn't start until about half-way through - and the time position bar acts strangely, too.

Anyone else bitten by this?

No. But that might depend on the phonon-backend you use, the phonon-backend-vlc version 0.5.0 works fine here for all my tracks.

Interesting. Didn't realise it was using GStreamer for the backend by default (the VLC backend wasn't installed). Shall give the VLC backend a go.
