    VAIO E-Serives Compatability

    Hi

I'm looking to get a new laptop, and the one that I'm liking best is a Sony VAIO E-Series. Reading here, it looks like some people have had problems with compatibility with them unfortunately, but the models they've had problems with are the older ones.

Does anybody have experience with the Ivy Bridge ones? Specifically the E17 SVE1711C5E?

And for those interested, the specs that it will give me are below

    Thanks

    Your configuration
Processor: Intel® CoreTM i7-3612QM,2.1GHz Hard drive: 320 GB Serial ATA (5400 rpm) Memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3-SDRAM Optical Drive: Blu-ray Disc(TM) player Display: 43.8cm LCD 1920x1080 + webcam Graphics: AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7650M 2GB Keyboard Style: Backlight keyboard Battery: Battery life up to 7 hours
