I have Polar CS300 Heart Rate Monitor & would be over the moon to get it to talk with my system.

Have you tried using this device with Wine? Its in the repositories.

Hi, I have tried different avenues including *WINE, but no look. Polar corp themselves basically didn't want to know & practically advised me to use the m/soft os.

*To use WINE one must agree to the EULA file/policy which in turn hands over permission to the USA GOVT. See Jason Lucas EULA files / NSA....
