Also, just in case anyone here can help, here's my question:
I work in IT and my job isn't normally too technical, but I'm trying to fix our process for hiring/terminating employees. Right now it's a mess - the manager faxes a form with the information filled out, we find it in our inbox and enter it manually into the ticketing system. When someone leaves the company, it's the same deal except that we actually have to manually log into each system they may have an account on (NT account, email, teleconferce, etc - there's about 20) to see if they need to be removed. It takes forever and is totally inefficient. I'm trying to figure out what other companies do, since I'm sure there's a better solution out there.
