You probably corrupted files or pissed off in fglrx-system files and also your environment variables. I really recommend you to try again the first post #1 executing all commands again.
I really recommend, also, to uninstall OpenCL if you'll not use it. It's not necessary. But you can keep if you want to...
seems like amdconfig was added in last updates, so you can try to run aticonfig rather than amdconfig.
