Rural South Africa, and here's the story. I am trying to connect to the internet via my Alcatel OT-710 phone. When connected, the option Mobile Broadband Network shows up when I left click on the notification area, but when I click on the network, called MTN, it tells me "Mobile Network disconnected". So I right-click the notification icon, and then click on "Enable Mobile Broadband, but it simply refuses to check. The wireless is checked, the notifications and networking are checked, but is refuses the mobile broadband... I have gone through the setup wizard, and everything went fine, there is 3g access in the area, I can access internet on my phone, so what can I do to get it on my pc? Thank you to anybody who can find the time to reply....
