When I run

apt-get upgrade

I get

19 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 3 not upgraded.
Failed to exec method /usr/lib/apt/methods/
E: Method  has died unexpectedly!
E: Sub-process  returned an error code (100)
E: Method /usr/lib/apt/methods/ did not start correctly

How to resolve this
And I have DPKG installed

I don't know is ti a bug.

But I success to upgrade my Kubuntu after two days trays.

What is happened I don't know...
