Question How do I display a desktop/window selector menu

Hi, I'm new to lubuntu. I was using it the other day and a useful menu popped up, showing the desktops and the windows running on them. I think it allowed me to click on a program in the menu, to switch desktops and activate the window. Only trouble is that I don't know how I made the menu pop up.

I know I can use the "Desktop Pager" or "Desktop Number / Workspace Name" panel items to select a desktop, but sometines, with lots of windows open, I'd prefer the menu...

The menu looked something like below - how do I make it pop up?

Also, is there a gui manual anywhere (e.g. keystrokes, mouse operations etc)

    -----------------
    Desktop 1:
    Osmo 0.2.12
    Synaptic Package Manager
    Desktop 2:
    Music
    about:blank
    Desktop 3:
    ...
    Desktop 4:
    ...
    ------------------

id like to know aswell, Lubuntu is quite lacking in online docs compared to ubuntu

perhaps try a few keyboard shortcuts and see what happens?
