    No option to upgrade to 13.04

    Update manager does not show any option to upgrade to 13.04 on my system, I ve been trying for 4 days now. Can anyone help. There is an outstanding update "Userspace interface to DRM services - runtime" that will not install and hasnt for the last month. I have submitted error reports for it, but it still wont install. Could this be why ? Cant wait to upgrade as 12.10 is the most buggy, slow and unstable release yet.

    I get this if I try to install:

    installArchives() failed: (Reading database ... You may have upgrade to LTS versions only selected in settings. Open the software updater, select settings, and go to the Updates tab. At the bottom where it states "Notify me of new Ubuntu version" ensure that "for any new version" is selected.

    Code:
    sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
    Does that go smoothly?
