    How to get a streaming video file ?

    My problem is that I have a this video file I want to down load but the issue is none of the software's which I've tried helped me.

    I tried RTMPDump, and the FF addons never detects the streams only software that worked was a windows only software called a Replay Media Catcher.

    The streaming protocol is RTMP I tried every thing also tried the get_flash_video as well to avail.

    And this is the video

    Managed to get the link code part please help and also that's me in the video.
    Code:
    autostart=true&abouttext=Swanravahini&aboutlink=http://www.swarnavahini.lk&quality=true&fullscreen=true&bufferlength=5&streamer=rtmp://206.217.209.119:80/securetoken&file=mp4:autoweekend/20120122AWC02.f4v&skin=../swplayer/snel.swf" allowscriptaccess="always
