Working here now - may have been something related to purging the unity/staging & upgrading from the compiz ppa.

(have you ever tried to set a binding for window group or initiate all? could get it in 0.9.6 but in 0.9.7 doesn't work

Edit; as far as scroll on desktop - took a bit to realize what was happening, it stops if the Ws has no open windows

I'm noticing absolutely no difference between this PPA and stock after a reboot on my secondary machine. I guess this is a good thing.

Could you point me to your bug report, I don't have scale for all windows in all workspaces neither hot corner or Shift+alt+up.
The same thing for expo plugin

I don't believe initiate_all is working in 0.9.7, likely this is already known - filed anyway

The ubuntu desktop team has packaged up a new version of compiz and is looking for people to help test for breakage before releasing into the archive.

The changes in this new version of compiz are better performance and stability, but this needs testing to verify that is the case.

Please see this post for more details:

Please help test - and feel free to post any questions about doing so here. The testing goes on through this weekend with a goal of pushing this to precise next week.

I have a bad habit of only reading the 1st page in the +1 Forum -- glad somebody bumped this!

Anyway, I've been onboard for... let's see... the past 17 minutes. LoL!
