    Open a terminal and type

    Code:
    sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.backup
This will make a backup copy of your sources.list in case of error and you wish to revert back.

    Then type

    Code:
    gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Place a # sign in front of any line you want to uncomment (disable) and save your way back out.

Follow the instructions given in message#2 and comment the last 2 lines. I think that would do the trick.

Change your download server in Software Sources as the one you are using seems to be down.

Just tried your server in virtualbox and am getting the same error as you are.

    Good Luck
