Creating GTK3 Themes?

Are there any resources for creating your own gnome 3 themes? I haven't been able to find much at all

Been looking as well.

I just managed to get the hang of editing gtk2 themes by trial and error, and then along comes gtk3.

Seems the only way is to study a gtk3 file and experiment.
