Few KDE issues

Hello !

1. I've messed up with my configurations and for some reason () now I see the regular desktop with the icons (like gnome and XFCE have) instead of the Plasma widgets.
I think I reverted it back, but it still doesn't work.

2. Also for some reason I can't "logoff" or "restart" via GUI.
only via the cli command "sudo shutdown -r now" I am able to restart.
But I really need a way to logoff.

3. How can I disable the notifications on the upper right side of the screen ?
