Problem with music stores in Rhythmbox

Hi everyone,

One day I noticed that the music stores (Jamendo, Magnatune, and Ubuntu One Music Store) were not on the left panel of rhythmbox anymore. I went to Edit->Plugins and I checked the box next to Jamendo and I had Jamendo back. Then I checked the box for Magnatune but Rhythmbox crashes instantly. And ubuntu one music store, the one I care the most about, does not even show up in the plugin lists! I searched online but I encountered very few people with the same problem and no solution to the problem. Does anyone have an idea how I might fix this? Thanks!

I dont think Rhythmbox is actively being developed

Try using another music player
Clementine
Exaile
Banshee
Amarok

Really? I thought Rhythmbox was the default with Ubuntu.

I can access the store from Banshee though.

May be, however i stopped using it because nothing was being done for some time and I just switched and hadn't looked back. Guess I'll have to look at the PPA again.

Have you tried to update the system?

BTW did you remove or modify Ubuntuone in any way because

rhythmbox-ubuntuone-music-store is used to sync the music

I looked for rhythmbox-ubuntuone-music-store in synaptic but it doesn't even show up. I don't know if it is installed or not. I have not removed or modified anything about Ubuntu One though.
