    Question Thinkpad R61 Hibernate/Suspend issues

I recently added Ubuntu 11.10 on my R61 and have ran into vary few problems but would like to see if anyone could help me with these.

    Current Specs are as follows:

    Intel® Core™2 Duo 2.40GHz, T8300 if that matters
    4GB DDR2
    Bluetooth
    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG LAN
    320GB HDD, 50GB Ubuntu/270GB Windows 7
    Ultra-bay DVD Recordable DL
    nVidia Quadro NVS 140M

I have had an issue with the Hibernate/Suspend. When ever it goes into hibernate it will let me put in my password and then the screen will go black and all I will see is my mouse. I can move my mouse but nothing else will come up. I have to let it hibernate again then logout and login and it will work properly. Same thing happens with suspend except I my screen looks like a MissingNo. from Pokemon.

My Graphics card under system info says unknown might have to find the drivers though it seems to be working fine. The only issue I have had videowise is when I play 720p or higher video and everything starts with a blue hue. Any help would be appreciated.
