Error during apt-get upgrade

I just installed a new 10.04LTS in a Virtualbox VM on my desktop. Once the install was complete I did and update & upgrade. During the upgrade, after all the packages were downloaded and during the process of setting up the packages, I got the following:

How can I find out what broke, and whether it is a concern?
