Guys what would be a good PDF creator to use, that I can create a PDF from any file - including CAD drawings that I do with LibreCAD?

I would personally use libreoffice and save it as a PDF. Very simple, quick and easy.
For your drawings, export them as an image, then import into libreoffice.
Install cupspdf and print your drawings directly into pdf's.
