This just means it will not be possible for the editor to add an entry to the "recent documents" list, since this does not exist for the super user account. It can be ignored for the moment. Just put the hash marks in the cited spots like the other lines with a single hash mark and save the file.
This also shows up when i go to edit the sources list:
